Booking Terms

Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival date incur a 100% cancellation fee. Cancellations made with more than 30 days notice incur an administration charge of 70% of total booking fee. We encourage our customers to purchase travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances.

Check in and Checkout times

• Check in time is 2:30pm
• Checkout time is strictly 11:00am

Conditions of Use

• Pets and smoking in the cottages are not allowed.
• A fumigation charge of $750 will apply should we detect smoking or pets in the cottage.
• Your cottage is to be left in a clean and tidy condition, all dishes are to be washed / placed in the dishwasher. All the rubbish is to be placed in the bins. Failure to do so will incure a cleaning charge.
• Stains or damage to the linen will be charged to the guest for replacement of the item.
• Any items stolen from the cottages will be charged to the guest.
• Ella and Savannah’s cottages are suitable for couples only. Jessica’s cottage is not recommended for children under the age of 6 years old for safety reasons

Jessica’s Cottage is recommended for children (six and older) for safety reasons. Lola’s Cottage is child friendly. Ella’s Cottage and Savannah Cottage are for adults only.

Bond / Security Deposit

• A valid credit card must be provided prior to checking in as a form of security deposit in case of damage.

Gift Certificates

• Not redeemable for cash
• Certificate is valid for six months
