Conditions of Use

• No smoking
• No pets
• Jessica’s Cottage is recommended for children (six and older) for safety reasons. Lola’s Cottage is child friendly. Ella’s Cottage and Savannah Cottage are for adults only.
• A fumigation charge of $750 will apply should we detect smoking or pets in the cottage.
• Your cottage is to be left in a clean and tidy condition, all dishes are to be washed / placed in the dishwasher. All the rubbish is to be placed in the bins. Failure to do so will incure a cleaning charge.
• Stains or damage to the linen will be charged to the guest for the replacement of the item.
  Any items stolen from the cottages will be charged to the guest.
• Covid Policy- If there is a lockdown, travel restrictions or covid positive, we do not offer refunds but will postpone your stay to a date of your choice
• Abuse Policy- We have zero tolerance for abuse, harassment, rude calls/text messages or online messages. If this behaviour occurs, we will immediately cancel your booking with NO reimbursement.

A valid credit card must be provided prior to checking in as a form of a security deposit in case of damages or a cleaning fee.

Cancellation Terms

Cancellations made within 30 days of booking arrival date incur a 100% cancellation fee. Cancellations made with more than 30 days notice incur an administration charge of 70% of total booking fee.
We encourage our customers to purchase travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances.
